Chrome ridirection on https://locall-host.webpkgcache.com/

I use XAMPP per local test on my PC.
I start apache server and MySQL.
If I write 127.0.0.1 in chrome all is OK (I see the correct page)

If I write http://localhost there is a ridirection on https://locall-host.webpkgcache.com/
and AVG block the connection because there is a virus in that page (HTMLScript:inf).

With the EDGE browser there is no problem (both cases are OK)

What happen with Chrome browser?
