I have avg ultimate that gives me pro versions of anti virus and the cleaner.
Today the cleaner has went back to the advert version .
I have tried puting in my licence number but it does not recognise it YMFGU2-MUCRSJ-4HC72N.
I have paid till the 28 of December 2019 so i do not understand why again this is happening ( same happened last May).
