Hello Bernard,

I understand that you wish to cancel automatic renewal in your account. I see from your record that you have AVG PC TuneUp enrolled into automatic renewal. I have cancelled the same from my end and you will not be charged by AVG again.

You have sent an email telling me my AVC PC Tune Up subscription is due to renew on 12 December.
I no longer use the computer and so wish to cancel.
Upon registering with MyAccount it tells me I have no subscriptions. I am confused. Can you help as I clearly do not want to pay for something I no longer use.
