I cannot install CloudCare on our Windows 8.1 machines. It gets as far as loading policies and then errors out. What am I missing? Please no replies to "call in." If that was a preferable option, I would have done that first.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused by this issue. During upgrades to our servers there were some issues with the authentication of Windows 8.1 installations. This has now been resolved and installations should proceed successfully.
