Hello AVG team, I just received a notification from the company on my credit card with a charge of R$149.00 by DRI*AVG Technologies on May 18, 2022 for the automatic renewal of the subscription, which I did not request, much less the plan for that amount charged. Could you arrange the refund? I hope that steps will be taken to prevent transactions like this from happening again in the future. Thank you for your attention with the solution to the case.
