WHY? … I was charged three months in a row (3 * 24.99 EUR), for unconfirmed subscription, although, after the free period I deactivated AVG (in my account it appears correct that the respective modules are deactivated being expired and if, I would have wanted to buy something I would have updated … but I didn't)… So I was stolen by you, payment for nothing, I don't want to hear from AVG in these conditions on the hands of the police if you do not return my money, with regret but in these conditions I do not even think to continue with you … AND why did you ask for detailed data on payment from the beginning? … Just to you can cheat the client sucker who is later tricked without embarrassment by you … I want the money back as soon as possible otherwise I CLAIM TO THE AUTHORITIES QUALIFIED THEFT !!! … and … ATTENTION! without the client's consent … and … I assure you of "POSITIVE ADVERTISING" everywhere. … and stop stealing any more customers! … I AM WAITING FOR AN URGENT ANSWER! … the return of my money in the same way as you received them …

I start by expressing my regret for the impulsive reaction in my last message, but you know how it is, when it comes to your money going elsewhere without being involved is quite embarrassing.
So, in the middle is a blunder made by the child (on another platform on the net) that I found out today, after your answer insisting with questions to the child and thus finding out the truth.
With shame and regret I owe you an APOLOGY. :pray:
 Given the fact that I personally, the last time I used my personal data was when I created my account to test the application for 25-30 days for free, offered by your kindness.
The irony of fate is that the period coincides approximately with the one in which the payments were made automatically from my account, associating the periods, I thought it was an onerous thing and I reacted impulsively at the moment.
I logged into my AVG account and to my surprise I failed to delete my personal data and close the account, for this reason the feeling that I was fooled was amplified and hence the way I reacted.
Please delete my account ( all my personal data, or direct link to do myself ) due to the embarrassing situation I reached without my will, and in the future I hope not too far after I solve the problem of subscription payments mentioned above from the child's blunder, to be able to open my account new to you.
With the necessary apologies, I completely withdraw the words from the previous message and thank you for your understanding.
