Hello Everyone,

Looking like others are having problem with the new version of TuneUp.

I had mine installed on April 12th by the remote team, after a few days, experience booting up difficulty and "Hanging" of my computer. Contacted the remote team again on Saturday 25th, he couldn't fixed it nor able to activate or install TuneUP, he had to "escalate to the Senior Team."

So far, I have been chasing for assistance to rectify both problems and today, on logon to their website, keep getting the following message "Our Technician are not available".

Previous two times, I could easily logon and got the attention of the technician, today, they are all so busy, this new version has a lot of "hole to patch" or their technical support has been outsource to cheaper venues hence the drastic drop in respond time and expertise . .
