As per our records, we have not received the payment for order placed on 18th Nov 2020.
Due to the delay in completing the payment, the order was cancelled.
If the amount was debited from your account, it should be credited back automatically.
Please contact your bank for further information.
Regarding the second order placed on 25th Nov, unfortunately, you requested a refund and we initiated it. The message to buy the software again should be because the product activation was not completed. If you would chose to subscribe again, we'd be glad to help you configure the product on your PC.
Dear AVG employees, after a few years without complaints I feel very unhappy about :
1. on 18/11 I transferred from my ING bank into your ING account E 39,44, to continue with the driver updater contract. I did not receive a confirmation nor a code nor the money back
2. On 25/11 a transferred E 25,08 special offer driver updater .I did receive a code and used it ,
3. untill to-day I get on my screen daily a warning from AVG please attend your driver updater contract is expired. Is it Corona who hits your company? I am getting a little crazy I tried to phone and to mail no success.
Please arrange a payback E39,44 and manage the DRIVER UPDATER THANKS
