Computer crashed, had to replace computer

On the 4th Sept I paid "Digital River Island Ltd" £27.99 via paypals for the additional coverage but between paying and down loading the extra the computer video system gave up for good. I have down load the basic set up but need to know how I can get back the extras already paid for.
