Computer frozen because watchdog is loaded

The computer is frozen because it is loaded when you start the process watchdog avg (before Windows starts). As you explain in your web if I change the name of avg * .sys to avg * .old files in the Windows / System32 / Drivers folder using the bootable flash drive fails because it can not find the avgboota.sys file and I can not boot Windows in safe mode .

I tried the steps from the link but it doesn't work for me. Is there any way to prevent Windows 10 from load avgboota.sys?, because if I change the name to avgboota.old Windows shows an error and don't start because avgboot.sys is mising.
