I got a few alerts that AVG had detected a possible trojan and removed it. The next day or so my computer became extremely sluggish to the point it was unusable. Memory & CPU both maxed out. Tons of processes running at once that I wasn't familiar with. I shut down and have tried running AVG Proterction in safe mode. The first few times the computer unexpectedly shut down during the scan. The last few times it ran a full scan, but after booting normally the problems are still there. Any help is much appreciated!!
