I have had Avg for years & have recommended it to many, many people. But after spending hours & hour5s & hours in the last few days trying to get it to work properly, I,m almost to the point of switching to another program. My problems started several months ago. I kept getting "UPDATE FAILED" messages . Over a period of time I have repaired, reinstalled numerous times. I decided to completely remove from my computer & start again. Had one "H" of a time uninstalling. Finally; after many hours, I was able to uninstall all except Zen. I got a FIX IT program from Microsoft & was successful. I then installed from your web site & everything went fine (updates were successful & scan worked OK); but the program showed Computer Not Fully Protected. I thought before I parted company , I would contact you. (I also have the paid version of PC Tune Up - expires in August)

Could you please update your AVG program once and then check whether you have "You are fully protected" statement on the AVG program dashboard?
