Hi,
I am using the free version of AVG Protection on my windows 10 laptop. The AVG computer protection gets turned off automatically. Even if I turn it back on, it gets turned off the next second. I tried some of the options I read on the internet to solve the problem like cleaning up the disk, restarting the computer a few times, checking for malware on my system, repairing AVG, but nothing seems to work. Any ideas how to solve the problem?
- After restart, run AVG Remover and remove all other supported products and remnants of AVG (ZEN, Framework,…).
9. Open AVG_Remover.exe (http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe)
10. User Account control - click "Yes"
11. Click "CONTINUE"
12. Select all products, and click "Remove"
13. Click "Restart" and restart PC
14. If is displayed dialog window (Open file – Security Warning) after restart, click "Run" and let AVG Remover remove traces
15. If is AVG Remover asking for restart PC, restart PC again (2/3)
