Computer Wont Let Me Install AVG Internet Security

Hi. I purchased the AVG Internet Security but my computer says that i already have the updated version and wont let me install it. I used to have  windows 8.1 but i upgraded to windows 10. What would make my computer not want to install the new software? I also have AVG Tune-up but i cant seem to be able to pull that up either. Please help.

It is suggested to reinstall AVG after upgrading Operating System from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 so I suggest you to do the same.
