AVG TuneUp is the application which will allow you to put the programs to sleep from running in the background.
If you have it installed on your PC, open AVG TuneUp, click 'Background and startup programs'. Scroll down to see the programs that were put to sleep. Click Wake again each app to undo the action.
After prompt from AVG few hours ago, re speeding up system, I selected all put to sleep options, computer wont recognise camera, I pad or I phone, how to i get back to the sleep options to reset?

Further I note the message that says wait till changes finsih etc - it wont go away no matter what I do?
