Should I wait for new solution by the senior team or not ?

The best and only recommendation to resolve the issue is to reinstall the program.
However, the case was escalated by Ranjani to check whether there are other possible solution.
Deleting the update files might not fix the issue. However, you can try it and keep us informed about the status.
