Please let us know what happens exactly while accessing emails with AVG's email protection enabled.
Do you receive any error message? If so, share us the screenshot of it for better clarity.

My Thunderbird will not log in and get emails when AVG email protection is on. I turn off the email protection then email works. What can I do to correct. I am up to date on both programs. Windows 10 on a HP Envy.
