Conflicting antivirus

  • Could you please explain which conflicting Anti-virus are you unable to remove?
  • Please confirm the version of operating system installed in your device. 
  • If you get any error message while deleting it, please share the screenshot of it.

I have a laptop which is running very slow.
I recently signed up to a different antivirus provider but was not happy with them and changed back to AVG
Since then I have not been able to completely remove them from my drive even though I have deleted them my programming etc. 
Please advise
