Confusing Accounts

I apologize for the inconvenience caused. Upon reviewing your account using the email id you have contacted us, I see that you have AVG Driver Updater ( 1 computer) and AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) in your account. Please be informed that AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) purchased on 2014.11.15 and it expires on 2016.11.30. I can conform that there is no AVG Internet Security product found in your account. Why are TMG accounts so confusing - or is it just my account that is in a mess?

I have 3 products, but only two are listed in my Order History (PC Tune-up & Driver Updater). Expiry dates for the two products are not clear from downloaded invoices. Somehow I found a page that stated I had no products which made me panic. I telephoned support, and was told renewal date was next year - why wasn't this information on line?

My third product, Internet Security,  does not show in my Order History, and the charming telephone lady could find no record of it. Viewing the Internet Security  licence panel shows expiry this September; clicking 'Renew Now'  starts a search, which goes on.....and on....and on and gets nowhere. The telephone lady said that I should get a renewal reminder - I hope she is right.

Sorry to be so 'doom and gloom' - I'm quite happy with the AVG products - but why are the on-line accounts so confusing and incomplete? Why doesn't Internet Security appear in the Order History, and where can I find it listed?

I do have AVG internet Secutity 2015, full, 1 computer, expires 24 Sep 2015. Could this be on a different account? If so, how can we locate it?
