Totally confused and technologically challenged. Made purchases from AVG Feb. 15/22, March 1/22
and again March 31/22. On March 31 paid $41.20 for a new plan plus $20 for remote installation
by AVG. I have no idea which plans I have or don't have and which ones have been activated.
I am unable to do installations myself. In view of the confusion I think it best I return
to the basic free AVG service. Insofar as I have purchased multiple plans without any idea
whether they overlap or whether they are indeed even activated, I would appreciate any refunds
AVG can give me. I do appreciate the times that AVG has blocked malicious websites.
