Connecting to AVG internet Security Unliminted

Please share a screenshot ( http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot ) of the AVG interface you are looking at to assist you further. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
You may not see 'Connect' if you have already logged in to AVG.

I ordered the internet security - order number 10122108772 - and the order complete menu says open AVG product and connect on 'connect menu'. There is no connect icon. How do I proceed?

Thank you for providing the screenshots. I would request you to click on the email address showing at the top right corner of the AVG Interface. Then select "Leave the network" confirming by clicking on 'Leave' button and you will get the "Connect" option at the top of the AVG dashboard.

Please click "Connect" and enter your my account credentials to log in to zen network, your AVG Internet security unlimited will get activated. If you still face issues, please contact us back.

Nearly there - thank you!
When I clickedj 'connect' and entered my acount credentials it seems that my AVG internet security unlimited hasn't been activated. I still just have basic protection. 
Your wonderful further thoughts please.

Anna,
It may require you have to reboot your PC after logging in to AVG. Please reboot once and check if the paid subscription is activated. If the issuer persist, please contact our technical support ( http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical ) and one of our technician will connect to your PC remotely and help you with the installation for free of cost.
