Connection problem

Hi, 
I have an AVG Secure VPN paid account. I changed my hose adrees with a new internet connection. Right after pluging into a new modem, VPN connection got lost. I did try every way mentioned on the site including deleting and reinstalling app, restarting the pc, yet I couldn t get the connection anyway. I am really asking for your help since my job is related to this connection.  Thanks.
