Connection problems

Regarding the internet connectivity issue, please try connecting to different VPN server locations to verify if it is the VPN server issue.

Unfortunately this has not resolved my issue. Could you please advise.

Since installing AVG VPN I am unable to send emails via Office 2010 without disconnecting the VPN first. The problem also extends to other Microsoft products ( Microsoft Games)  which report “no internet connected” and are inaccessible unless the VPN is disabled.

This is often accompanied by a globe (with a small no entry sign) showing to the right hand side of the taskbar stating no internet access / Unidentified network no internet access.
Coupled with extremely slow internet speeds ( Max 60 mbps as opposed to my 220 mbps ) the application is almost unusable.

I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the application no avail.
