Connection to VPN

Yes I get the following message

                            
                                                          Connection failure
 
                                      It is not possible to  establish connection

Suddenly the connection to VPN has stopped to work allthough the subscription has been renewed up to 17 th.november 2021.

Did you try to connect to a different location by clicking on 'Change location' on Secure VPN user interface?
