Hi Midhun,

Thanks for the swift reply, I tried to add the screenshots but the screen grey's out and I cant press any buttons on the imagine window. Tried both on safari and google chrome, the site wont let me post an imagine.

Please share us the screenshots of the threat messages you've been receiving from AVG, so that we can check & assist you further.
You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on Answer & then click on the Image [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

I have this issue where sometimes when I press "new tab" I immediately get a couple popups from AVG stating the URL:MAL was safely blocked.

Do I have something on my MacBook like a malicious virus that is causing this constant problem? It only occurs when Im attempting to open a new tab
