Yes, they make it absolutely impossible to contact them with a simple question. They do have a “Premium” tech help if you’re willing to pay a couple hundred $$$ to get your simple question answered.
I did search the Community for help with my question again today… the only thing that came up during my search was the question that I had originally posted.
Yes I have been trying for days to find a way to get there! Geeesuusss! I think I will ghange my provider! I have been updating my details for days and nothing gets done by! I just get a warning of expering. 
this is pathetic no australian help. the help icons are circular so you always end up in this same place after wasting hours chasing your tail .avg management should be replaced.
i still can’t get a answer .
