Contact in Germany

I have an account since 2017 and have registered the TuneUp for 2 years and the Antivirus for 1 year. Now the antivirus has expired and I have bought a new registration number. But I can not register this number on the website.
Now I've bought a version of Ultimate on the Google Playstore - this does not appear in my account.

Ich have many trouble with the German Support.
The German Call  number 069257377308 is out of Order
The email Support needs over 7 Days for Answere.
Ich have bought AVG Security for 3 Times but not 1 of them get to my Account.
Any Idea ?

Thank you that you want to forward me but I write since the 5.1 emails to avg. I have requested a refund now. Maybe I get in contact faster now.

If I present a hotline number on my website as a big company and there is no connection.??
It must be possible to get in touch with someone…or not ?

I have an activation code but can not enter it anywhere on my account.
Now I have bought a second version via my mobile with my google account.
This one does not work either.
The last email from support was: everything OK they are protected.
If I look in my account is there: expired.

If I order the Ultimate version over the Internet it costs € 74.99 and if I buy it in Google Playstore it costs € 14.99. If my antivirus software expires, they offer it for € 54.99 when it expires for € 9.99. This pricing policy is incomprehensible.
