You can try to undo the changes done by AVG Tuneup as suggested here: https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Troubleshoot-AVG-PC-TuneUp , follow the steps mentioned under "How can I undo changes which AVG PC TuneUp has made to my PC?" and check if that helps.

I used tuneup some time ago and now I cannot get the missing music and photo files back where they were…
