Contacting AVG Customer Care

AVG Driver Updater - when activated it shows Windows Update Agent requires a driver update, but immediately a box opens to say "The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable" so I am unable to download and update it.
Can you verify what has happened and may a solution be provided?
