I am going round in circles looking for verbal or written assistance; 0800 contact telephone no’s are not correct when rung, and there is no Live Chat or email contact to be found. Each choice I make takes ne back to “square one”. I have spoken to AVG historically, and wish to again. It is imprtant I do so, and is getting very frustrating, so much so that I may change my Internet security provider!

You are not alone. In a right Customer Support the human interaction is more than important. Answering correctly on a question cannot be substituted with menu-like Infinity cycle of fixed choices.
