Thank you for writing us back, John.
We are sorry to hear that the problem has resurfaced again, please do not worry we'll fix it.
We can add the tesco URL to allowed websites list in AVG AntiTrack program and check if the issue persists.

  • Open AVG AntiTrack, Click the Allowed websites tile on the AVG AntiTrack dashboard.
  • Add a website to your list of Allowed websites using either method below:
  • Select a website from the Choose from popular options drop-down menu.
  • Enter a website URL (for example www.example.com) into the left text box, then click Add.
To remove a website from your Allowed websites, click the trash icon in the relevant panel.
Thank you and keep us updated.
I have just spent the morning with Ameersha sorting out my problem of not being able to connect to the Tesco website to order our groceries. The problem was identified associated with my Antitrack program. On completion of the work I was happy to close AVG Customer Care - Request 17895874.
However when completing the AVG Customer Care "Tell us about your experience" the email account crashed and could not be restored. I tried various options but in the end the only thing that worked was to remove the AVG Antitrack software, otherwise I could not complete this question. The only thing I can think that was different from the sucessful final test was that I asked that a later version of all the AVG apps that was purchased some time ago as a bundle with a later end date than those currently being used. This was done by Ameersha. Can you please allow me to visit the AVG Remote Support website and chat with a AVG technician.

Hi Lathika, I have uninstalled the AntiTrack so unfortunately I cannot do as requested.

Thank you for writing us back, John.
I see. We'll install the program and check the issue.
We've sent you an email with further details. Please check your inbox/spam folders to find the email and use it to get back to us.
