I am using Windows server 2012 with installing AVG Business. Please refer to attached image.I would like to ask you that I have downloaded update file for offline update Virus definitions from AVG AntiVirus Business Edition | AVG installation files . When I run the program, the interface shows the product was successfully update. But, I want to know how to ensure AVG Business has updated Virus definitions. Could you show in details with step by step. Also, I want to know that do I need to download update file for offline update everyday? Thank you.

Thank you for your reply my email. I would like to ask whether AVG supports Windows server 2016? I use Windows server 2016 and download AVG, but I can't install it.

Could you please confirm whether AVG is already installed on the PC which is not connected to the Internet? If so, we'd suggest you try the offline update Virus definitions. If it doesn't work, then obviously the PC needs to connect to the Internet to update the file.

If AVG is not yet installed on the PC, you can try an offline installer or copying the setup file from the PC. Which is connected to the Internet.
However, to activate the product, the Internet is mandatory.

I would like to ask whether AVG supports to put AVG's virus database in USB drive? It is because our company customer want to install AVG software in his system. He does not want to the system to connect network. So, when AVG update virus database, he want to save in a USB drive. Could AVG provide this function?
