Couldn't load new AVG Antivirus

We are sorry to know that. We suggest you to disable or uninstall the other security program from your computer and then initiate the installation of AVG and that should fix this issue.

Just received the product by when I try to load it the security program that on this machine blocked it stating:  Found Mal/EncPk-mk and stated it was high risk and loaded in the program. Can you explain this and what can I do since I want AVG.  Thank you
