Hello there,
Apologies for delay, life has been hectic lately, and I haven't been able to get back to you. You were also updating the website, so I couldn't get in for four days.
I checked with my provider and my Visa is not blocked. However, the expiry date was 2015 - their end!
Although it had no effect on my subscription they suggested that I update it. Now we know what the trouble was with AVG. Technically it wasn't out of date, but your records showed that it was. I have since updated it, and you have taken the subscription for the next year.
Although I followed the prompts to validate, there is no ACTIVATE to click? I can only hope this works. Why do I have this trouble every year?
Also, I was not able to send a screen shot becuase I don't seem to have the mountian icon? So I shall leave it and wait for a friend who knows about computers checks it.
Many thanks for trying - I may be back if my next Antivirus does not take affect.
Desiree Goodchild.
I wasn't able to send a screen shot of the icon mentioned at the top right of me screen.
Firstly. I contacted my bank, they checked for me and my card has NOT been blocked.
When I recieved your reminder, it suggested that I RENEW - I haven't.
The Locations/passwords warning was allegedly from AVG.
When doing a scan this morning, I was informed that my AVG is out of date?
4 privacy issues have been detected, and yet according to you my: Computer- web & email - hacker attacks - privacy and payments are all protected? It was recommended that I RESOLVE ALL- I haven't.
One site I visit regularly is suddenly NOT SECURE for me? I checked with them and their site is well protected, so it seems to be my end?
On the top right of my screen is an Icon informing me that this page has been prevented from setting cookies?
Finally, the only thing which I have done - before I heard from you - is to update my JAVA SCRIPT.
Could this be the problem?
I need help here please.
Regards
Add to this, two notices stating that my whereabouts (Fremantle) was clear to see, and all 16 of my passwords were visible.
I live nowhere near Fremanlte, and certainly do not have 16 passwords.
Is this a scam?

Hello Desiree,
We'd be glad to help you with this.
We usually notify our customers via an email if the payment card has been blocked/expired, or will expire before you are scheduled to be charged. It might be due to some issues from your bank end. Hence, the reminder e-mail was sent to you.
Your card may have an updater service enabled which keep your payment card information current for merchants in case you get a new card number or expiration date changes.
You have active subscriptions of AVG Internet Security (1 computer) and AVG PC Tuneup (1 computer) valid till May 21, 2019 and August 2, 2019 for which auto-renewal service is enabled. Do you wish to cancel auto-renewal for these subscriptions or continue using the products?
Do you receive notices regarding your location and passwords in the user interface of AVG Internet Security? Would you be so kind and elaborate on that, please?
