Credit card data changing

On December 16  my annual Avg subscription  will be extended, I suppose, automatically,  by the Avg system.
 
Starting tomorrow I will receive an other credit card with another number.
So, it is possible that  the actual Registered data in the system will be refused by the credit card company.
 
Can you tell how I can  update my credit card data?
