i would like to delete my credit card information as i dont plan to continue my subscription. can someone give me the instructions for that?

Contact your payment provider ASAP and notify them you do not wish for any transactions to go to AVG in the foreseeable future - they can ensure this does not happen.
Log into your account and go to update payment information. If you see the technical error then screenshot it as evidence.
