26/08/2018 and 27/08/2018 I received a mail with the message that the creditnotes (€74,99 and € 59,99) would be payed within 5-7 days for respectively Factuurnumber xxxxxx (command number xxxxxxxx) + Factuurnumber xxxxxxxxxxx (command number xxxxxxxxxxxx).
Now I presume that the reason why I didn't receive the money yet is that you don't have my banknumber
I hope you can execute now the payment of these credits.
