I have the paid version of AVG Anti-Virus and I've noticed that after a recent update ctfmon.exe keeps running in the background and it is because of AVG. Will they fix this soon?

No, it minor issue and it isn't priority issue since only few people reported it as issue.

Again, this just started after a recent update from AVG. I'm running any other languages.
Also, the Microsoft article applies to : Microsoft Access 2002 Standard Edition
Microsoft Excel 2002 Standard Edition
Microsoft Outlook 2002 Standard Edition
Microsoft PowerPoint 2002 Standard Edition
Microsoft Word 2002
I'm not using any of those.
