Ctrl Alt Del task manager

Hello Briab,
Thank you for contacting us with your concerns. Could you let us know whether it is AVG Anti Virus or AVG PC Tuneup you are using on your PC?
If it is AVG Anti Virus, please disable it temporarily and check if that resolves the issue. If it does, let us know and we will assist you further. If it does not, AVG Anti Virus has not caused the issue.
You can disable AVG from the Advanced settings:

Open the AVG Program.
On the Options menu, click Advanced settings.
Select Temporarily disable AVG protection in the menu on the left side.
Click the Temporarily disable AVG protection button.
Choose how long you want the protection to be disabled and whether to disable the Firewall as well, and then click OK.

Ctrl Alt Del is not bringing up "Task Manager".  Task manager is working when started in other ways.
I have had some APP's that shut off Ctrl Alt Del, for a safety feature.  I have gone through all my protection programs.
I have found some help on other sites Microsoft, PC Mech, …
No luck!
IS THERE A OPTION THAT AVG WILL USE TO SHUT OFF Ctrl Alt Del??
