Hi, I am getting the installation error message "Currently used product version does nut support this installation." and error code 0xe001f98d. This is on a Windows 7 computer that had previously been running AVG free.
I have uninstalled all prior versions. I have ran the AVG_Remover.exe and the AVG_ResetAccess.exe and nothing is working. I have also removed all directory references to AVG and again, nothing is working.
I see I am not the only one reporting this issue and I have not seen any resolution.
Please help!
