Not yet still got the chat windo ope. With the 3 dots waiti g to conect to a humun think if no joy will go omnisman as the phonelines dont work the internet chat dont work so are they real or a scam we will take your money but we wont let u get it back

Contact them on Facebook messenger, that’s the only way I was able to get a hold of them and get my refund. Make sure its messenger and not regular Facebook as you don’t want to post on their page but message directly
