Was having difficulty logging onto account and after 45 minutes on the phone and being transferred three times, still no results. After calling again for perhaps a more qualified person, was given another 844 number to call, and hung up after listening to music for 20 minutes, again with no relief. I suppose this is more of a statement than a questions. Where's the Love? Just requested a refund.
