Cyberghost VPN blocked?

The solution of the issue was to launch the Cyberghost GUI in "Windows 8" compatibility mode.

Hello There!
 
Last week I that Cyberghost VPN software stopperd starting in my PC. I worked flawless since then.
The graphical interface did not show itself on the screen.
I was unable even to uninstall or install again the software.
After some attempt I found that the software was blocked by AVG.
If I uninstall completly AVG freen from the PC, Cyberghost start to work again without any issue.
 
The PC is a "converted" Win 10 (from 8.1): after the upgrade, both softwares worked well for at least a couple of weeks, then some upgrades came across (win and AVG) that I assume created the issue.
 
Is this a deliberate action of AVG to block this software or is it an anomaly?

I put 4 exceptions:
- the Graph interface of Cyberghost (the .exe)
- the Cyberghost service
- the whole folder of Cyberghost
- cyberghost.exe wherever it is

…without success.

The cyberghost.exe did not shows up when called from the menu but sit "frozen" in the process list waiting for "somethin"…

Any clue ?
