I have this error too and the game is now unplayable

Please try to update the game again to check if you receive the threat notification from AVG. If so, please click on 'See details' in it & then share us the screenshot of it for better clarity.

I received the latest update 1.2 of cyberpunk 2077 & AVG quarantined a file during the download.
Afterward the game will no longer load past 1st screen & do nothing when I click on the "play" button. could anyone help me restore/fix this problem please, as I assume the problem is caused by the quarantined file being removed.
