It is an AvanceInstaller app Popup.  Got to setting for app and uncheck these boxes.

Hi Nick, 

This could possibly be an adware application that enters your PC along with other freeware that you download off internet. 

Is this pop-up occrus randomly or when you browse? Could you be more specific about this?

I'm still getting the daily health check notice even though I clicked on the disable tag.  How do I get rid of this nuisance.

Nick, in AVG PC TuneUp we do have a feature "Health Checkup" feature which is now removed in the latest version.

This seems to have caused due to some other application.

Please reset your browsers and check if that fix the issue.

If you have "Advanced Uninstaller Pro" installed on your computer, you can uninstall the same and check if that fix the issue.
