Dallas,TX location issue. Websites block IP as being outside of USA and based in EU

There is an issue with the Dallas,TX VPN, and possibly some others. Just recently I've seen more and more websites that I typically visit, now won't let me visit with the Dallas,TX VPN location. The websites block this VPN from being used, and sometimes have a message that they don't allow EU visitors to their website. This did not happen in the past. I can switch to California location and that works, but Dallas VPN is closest to me.

Thanks for your response. I have also ran into USA websites that seem to detect that I'm using a VPN and block access to them. Some won't display anything at all. After disabling VPN they work. 

Also why is there no "optimal" server option to automatically select the best server based on my location? I have to manually select the VPN server in AVG Secure VPN application.

I would like to inform that the particular server might be under maintenance and we request you to use other optimal servers to access websites.
