Dangerous Hotspot

I'm still having issues with this and am getting no more responses via the mobile team. 
I was sent a link to fix my router, none of which could help me fix the problem on my phone. 
Is there a number I can call or something?

I'm just wondering if anyone else is having an issue when connecting to hotspot. 
My son connects to my phone when we're out and today when he connected to my hotspot his AVG came back with a warning saying this router (my phone name) is dangerous a malicious code could steal your data. I have AVG on my phone also so started running scans on my phone/files and everything came back clear. He tried to connect again and got the same message. Im quite worried now and am unsure what to do about it? Please can anyone help?
Sorry just to add, my AVG is set up to auto scan every day at 8:00am and it scanned that morning and didn't pick anything up then either.

I've tried uploading a screen shot but when I click the picture symbol it all comes up but greyed out and won't allow me to click anything. Is there another way I can send it??

Hello thanks for your response. Its just bringing me back here after I've gone through and clicked Android and everything. 
I'm not paid member so I'm not sure of that makes a difference? I've also messaged on Facebook who have also given me a link for here as well so I'm even more confused lol. Am I doing something wrong?
