Unfortunately, version 18.3 will no longer install - after the installer archive decompress's, I then get a "Restart Required" error message, which continously repeats despite the computer actually restarting.
I am attempting to review the files in a data safe so that I can remove them now that data safe is discontinued. I can get to the safe password entry with no problem but then when the password is entered, Windows gives a "Location Not Available" error. The virtual drive that the safe uses is not being created.
Brian, ignore the restart prompt and check if you are able to access the data safe files on your computer.
Is there a download link available for Ultimate version 18.3?
The safe cannot be acessed because version 18.3 has not installed when the restart prompt appears - the prompt appears before installation begins after the files have extracted from the installer archive. I have just noticed the following error code also appears: 0xe001f90b
