Larry,
I apologize for the delayed response. Please remove AVG Internet Security Unlimited by following below instructions:
1. Use the link https://share.avg.com/steam/PSP/AVG2017/AVG_Clear.exe to run the AVG Clear tool.
2. Open the AVG Clear tool, click Yes in the User Account control dialog.
3. Click No in the Windows safe mode dialog.
4. Select the installed version of AVG and also check the box 'Uninstall AVG Zen'. Then click Uninstall, and Restart computer.
5. To run AVG remover tool please follow this link: http://avgread.me/1DEtNP0 .
To reinstall AVG Internet Security unlimited, please use this article http://avgread.me/1FKGRZI .
If the issue persists, please share the screenshot of AVG data safe interface to assist further.

Thank you for the information, Larry.
In this case, it is necessary for us to analyze the log files to find the exact issue, hence we have sent an email instruction to collect and send the log files.
If the email is not found in the inbox, do check in spam and junk folders.

I appreciate your patience. You have to locate the Data Safe file in your OneDrive folder, double click and unlock it.
Since that time, it will be available in the AVG's UI.

I have a Data Safe in my OneDrive which has been fine for years, but with the upgrade to AVG 2017, the only option under Data Safe is to create a new safe, rather than showing me the existing safe.  I can see the file on another machine and access it, but not from this one.
