Date of buy: 06-08-14 ... and after trying to reinstall I get always the message: "your complete solution has expired". What the h**l have I paid for !?

Just tell me how to reinstall my paid version of AVG performance (with a 1 year subscription).
The help base of AVG is not very helpful, no answer, no German support - what a fake !!!
